She specialises in:
1. Upward moves, predominantly promotion but also financial reward optimisation.
2. Lateral moves, such as from Logistics to Front Office or Trading to Risk.
3. New moves, to quickly make a strong impact in a fresh role.
4. External moves, to find a more suitable role in-house or out.

"I leverage my clients' strengths so they achieve their career ambitions faster than on their own.

My experience in organisations of different sizes and cultures informs my coaching practice. I use my wealth of knowledge for the benefit of my clients. I work in close partnerships with individuals to obtain measurable and sustainable results based on respect, rapport, support but also the right amount of challenge.

During my banking career, I established myself as an expert on EMEA banks. I also developed a special expertise in analysing local governments (sub-sovereigns) globally. I gained particular knowledge, from an industry standpoint, of private banks/wealth managers and, from a product standpoint, of covered bonds at the global level."

We are proud members of the Association for Coaching.
